Brief description

The R&S®CMW500 wideband radio communication tester is the universal test platform for RF integration and protocol development. It is available as the R&S®CMW500 callbox and the R&S®CMW500 protocol tester. The R&S®CMW500 includes a fully integrated end-to-end data solution that permits comprehensive IP throughput and quality measurements. Thanks to the internal fading simulator, it is easy to perform tests under realistic propagation conditions. The R&S®CMW500 can be used in all phases – from product development to production to service. It is the solution with the widest range of supported technologies.

Shipping & Handling 

Delivery terms: Ex Works Raisio, Finland (Incoterms 2020) 
Buyer is responsible for taxes, duties and other possible import charges. 

International shipping service 
Parcels: Fedex and DHL  
Pallets: TNT and DHL  

All items are packaged with care to ensure full protection during shipping.

Most items are shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment. 
Orders placed after 10 a.m. UTC+2  on Friday will ship the following Monday. 

Warranty & Returns

A 5 Star Positive Rating is important to us! 

Contact us within 14 days after receiving the purchased unit to request a refund if you notice any failure (If the item includes warranty). Please explain the failure in details with pictures included and pack the unit to the same box it was delivered to you. We will order a return ticket for the failing unit. We will issue the full refund of the unit price after receiving the unit back to us. Please note that as a buyer you are responsible for the return shipping & handling charges.  

If the product is damaged due to the Buyer's mis-handling or return shipping process, we will not refund, and we will notify eBay for return policy abuse.  

AS-IS items are sold without warranty
